A 14-day traincruit period is offered; however, once you have accessed the course and materials, you will no longer be eligible for a refund

Yes. Traincuit allows bulk course purchases. Simply add the required number of courses to your basket, complete the payment, and then assign learners to the courses through your account

How can I access my course materials?

All Traincuit courses are delivered through our online learning platform, available 24/7. You can access your course anytime from any internet-enabled device, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

Once your payment is successfully processed and your account is created, you can log in immediately to access your course dashboard, materials, and important course information.

You can log in to the Traincuit learning platform using the login link provided after registration. A step-by-step video guide will be available soon to help you navigate the platform easily.

At Traincuit, tutors aim to mark and return all submissions within three working days. In many cases, feedback is provided even sooner.

Depending on the course, Traincuit provides a variety of learning materials such as downloadable reading booklets, interactive presentations, and practical template documents to support your studies.

Absolutely. Traincuit encourages all learners to book an induction session with their tutor as soon as possible. Our automated tutor diary makes it simple to schedule your induction at a convenient time

Yes. All Traincuit courses include tutor support. You can book telephone or online webinar tutorials directly through your course dashboard by accessing your tutor’s availability.

Where available, textbooks can be purchased as optional add-ons to support your online learning with Traincuit. If a textbook is relevant to your course, it will be displayed as an add-on option during checkout.

Are these qualifications regulated, and who is the awarding body?

Our CPD courses are delivered directly by us and come with a recognised certificate of completion. For our other qualifications, we work in partnership with trusted training providers and awarding organisations. These partners are responsible for course accreditation and issuing the official certificates upon successful completion.

Some qualifications require a work placement, which may be either paid or voluntary. Specific placement requirements are clearly outlined on each course page at https://traincruit.co.uk/our-courses/  You can also discuss placement details with your assessor during the induction process.

Yes, upon successful completion, you will receive a qualification certificate. Certificates are issued electronically and sent directly to your registered email address.

What is Traincuit’s policy on plagiarism?

All work submitted must be original. Content copied from textbooks, websites, or other published sources is not permitted. Any assignment found to contain plagiarised material will be returned for revision.

No. Assignments created using AI tools are not considered original work and often fail to fully address assessment criteria. For this reason, Traincuit does not permit the use of AI-generated content in written assessments.

Traincuit & Partner uses a holistic assessment approach for many assignments. This means that strong answers in one section may support or enhance responses in another section of the same assignment.

If you have uploaded an incorrect file, please email Contact US. The Traincuit support team will remove the incorrect submission from the grading queue so you can upload the correct work.
